Finissaggio
Il finissaggio dei tessuti avviene attraverso varie lavorazioni, alcune di carattere estetico ma soprattutto di finitura e stabilitą del tessuto.
Inizialmente i tessuti vengono sottoposti a bagnatura per fissare il restringimento.
In seguito viene effettuata la compattazione ad alta temperatura che asciugando il tessuto stabilizza colore e fibra.
Dopo un ultimo trattamento di finissaggio i tessuti vengono disposti automaticamente a falde in appositi carrelli, pronti per essere utilizzati.
Ulteriori lavorazioni di tipo estetico e non solo come ad esempio la garzatura, vengono effettuate per ottenere aspetti pił invernali, pił morbidi e pił corposi al tatto.
Finishing
The finishing of fabrics is carried out through various processes, some of an aesthetic type, but especially of dressing and stability of the fabric.
Initially, the fabrics undergo a wetting for fixing the shrinkage.
Afterwards, a high temperature compressing is carried out which, by drying the fabric, stabilizes the colour and the fibre.
After a last finishing treatment, the fabrics are placed automatically in laps in specific trolleys, ready to be used.
Further manufacturings of an aesthetical type, and not only, as for example the teaseling, are carried out in order to obtain more wintery aspects, softer and more full-bodied to the touch.
